About Léa-Sophia
As the founder of Léa-Sophia Design, a Los Angeles based interior design studio, Léa-Sophia creates refined, expressive spaces defined by timeless materials and thoughtful design.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, she draws inspiration from the city’s diverse architectural and design landscape, where no two homes feel the same. Exposure to a wide range of styles, from traditional to modern and from maximal to minimal, shapes her appreciation for contrast, individuality, and personal expression. A lifetime of travel further informs her work, allowing her to intuitively draw from global influences.
Her interest in design began early, watching her parents build their family home with architect William Hefner and experiencing firsthand the process of bringing a house to life.
Léa-Sophia earned her Bachelor’s degree from UCLA in Dance with a minor in Entrepreneurship, a foundation that continues to inform both her creative and strategic approach. She began her professional career interning at Studio William Hefner, working closely with the design team under Erica Blue and gaining invaluable exposure to the intersection of luxury architecture and interior design.
Today, Léa-Sophia Design works across residential projects, renovations, and boutique styling, approaching each space with a balance of artistry and intention to create interiors that are personal, livable, and enduring.
